Here in the south, it is possible to ride almost the entire year. While some folks choose not to ride in the winter for various reasons, just because winter is here is not a requirement to quit riding. In fact, the rider can enjoy a different riding experience, and have an exceptional time if he is adequately prepared and determined.
I routinely ride in the cold, and my favorite article of clothing is my heated vest. This ittem is so important, that now I am considering the heated jacket or heated jacket liner.
