Marines reject requirement to wear rlective vest while operating motorcycles
By admin on Jun 21, 2009 | In Welcome
The Marines have ceased requiring the wearing of reflective vests while operating motorcycles on and off military bases. They are saying that there is no proof that the vests either prevented accidents or did not prevent accidents. Thinking of this, statistics come from police accident reports, and it occurs to me that few if any police reports are taken when some one knowingly or unknowingly avoids an accident.
