Seems there are those who persist in keeping and wearing their old skid lids when operating their motorcycles. It sort of reminds me of an old highway patrol motor officer who said "I don't believe in wearing protective uniforms, it's like your planning on wrecking!". Well wake up, you can't put the collision or wreck on hold while you don protective gear, you either have it on or you don't. Remember, you pay in blood, skin and bone, and it does hurt!
