Motorcycle Safety Foundation DirtBike Course
The MSF DirtBike Course is an excellent course for the beginning dirt rider. Additionally if you are a beginning rider wo wants to learn to ride on the street, the DirtBike Course is a excellent way to learn how to ride prior to obtaining a motorcycle license or permit. Class is limited by size and age. Family groups allowed. Class is designed to teach off-highway motorcycle riders the principles and behaviors of safe off-highway motorcycle riding. The course consists of both discussion lessons and riding lessons. Self-discovery is emphasized. Provides hands on riding exercises under the supervision of a RiderCoach.
Approximately eight hours. Motorcycle rentals available. $25.00 discount for use of your motorcycle depending on fitment and safety readiness.

MSF Basic Group Riding Seminar
A group lecture, demonstration and practical application on the basics of group riding presented to your motorcycle organization.

MSF Straight Riding Module
A group lecture, demonstration and practical application on the hazards of mixing alcohol and drugs with motorcycle operation presented to your motorcycle organization.

Police Motor Unit Tactics
Lecture. Provides new and experienced officers an overview of police motor tactics. Lecture, discussion, and simulated practice. Four hours. $150.00 plus expenses.
Street Readiness/Individual Survival Evaluation
The purpose of Street Readiness Evaluation is to develop a sense of confidence in the new rider. Class begins with a pre-ride inspection of the riders actual motorcycle. Deficiencies are noted, and if possible corrected, or arrangements are made to correct the deficiency. Evaluation of rider's protective attire. Verification of basic skills by rider's demonstration. Backstreets riding assessment followed by de-brief. Rural riding assessment followed by de-brief. City riding assessment with de-brief. Recommendation in writing for improvements. Lunch is provided. Approximately six hours.

Trail/Enduro Riding Experience
This course is designed as a Basic Trail Riding/Enduro riding course to familiarize the student with open range riding. Attack position, obstacle crossing, throttle/clutch control and gear selection. Hill negotiation.
Class approximately eight hours. Travel required to training area. Water, lunch and drinks provided.

BikeSafeNC
Offered through the Wilmington Police Department. The program is an assessment program not a training program. Based upon the BikeSafe London program, BikeSafeNC is designed to reduce motorcycle collision by making the rider aware of collision causation and survival. Class is unique for it's two on-road assessments conducted by motor officers.
Class is eight hours. This course can be conducted at your organization! Advance coordination required.
